Position Summary
As a Risk Finance Analyst, you will support Intercona Re (Nestlé’s internal reinsurance company) in implementing, maintaining, and enhancing the quality of the processes and tasks related to financial statements, reporting, risk management and actuarial requirements

A Day in the Life of a Risk Finance Analyst
- Financial accounts: Review quarterly and annual accounts for accuracy, plausibility & action needed
- Support the preparation of annual budget and update of the forecast for Intercona, GRS and Global Insurance Program
- Support Underwriting Quantitative Assessment of various insurance programs and actuarial reviews
- Data analysis of various global insurance related programs
- Cash Flow: Prepare annual and quarterly cash-flow projections and analysis on exchange rates impact, review payment batches
- Receivables / Payables: Track and update receivables and payables position
- Maintenance of ad hoc analyses on various financial KPIs (Actuals, P&L comparisons) that need to be provided timely and accurately
- Track costs / expenses throughout the year and support responsible managers in managing individual expense budgets
- Track new business & implement, maintain reporting dashboard
- Support quantitative risk management (Risk Assessment, ORSA, SST, Reserving)
What will make you successful
- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Actuarial or a recognized Management/Accounting Certification
- Prior experience in financial analysis
- Prior experience in insurance / risk management is a plus
- Curious and flexible personality with good degree of drive/proactiveness.
- Open minded attitude and problem-solving ability
- Good interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office applications - in particular Excel and PowerPoint, PowerBI is a plus
