Case Intake Assistant - Remote [United States]


 

Job Purpose

The Case Intake Assistant is responsible for various administrative tasks to support the Desktop Research Team, including data entry and other administrative support tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Case Entry – responsible for data entry of desktop research cases provided to the company by our clients into the company’s case management system – ensure accuracy of all inputted data
  • The position will provide other administrative support as needed

Specific Measures of Success

  • All cases must be entered on the day in which they are received – ensure 100% accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills
  • Creative thinker
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Detail oriented
  • Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Word & Outlook
  • Prior office/administrative experience.
