Job Purpose
The Case Intake Assistant is responsible for various administrative tasks to support the Desktop Research Team, including data entry and other administrative support tasks.
Responsibilities
Case Entry – responsible for data entry of desktop research cases provided to the company by our clients into the company’s case management system – ensure accuracy of all inputted data- The position will provide other administrative support as needed
Specific Measures of Success
All cases must be entered on the day in which they are received – ensure 100% accuracy

Strong organizational skills- Creative thinker
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite – Word & Outlook
- Prior office/administrative experience.
