AvaTrade is looking for someone to lead and be the head of a local office in Colombia.

The candidate best suited for this position must be a born salesperson with excellent teamwork, communication, and managerial skills. A person who can work within a corporate framework and think creatively outside the box.

Ava Colombia is entirely independent as the environment, sales cycle, and regulation in Colombia are unique, so the candidate needs to be self-motivated, a leader, an innovator, and a manager.

We need someone who can develop and grow the business to another level and not just continue what we have been doing.

Responsibilities:
Manage AvaTrade' s Colombia Office – including local recruitment.

Develop and execute a quarterly and annual business plan.

Develop and expand distribution of AvaTrade products within Colombia - both directly and by recruiting, introducing brokers, affiliates, and other sales channels such as online and offline marketing.

Conduct sales-oriented training seminars for AvaTrade clients and business partners to expand sales and marketing efforts.

Identify and develop new channels for marketing and sales, and always look for new opportunities.

Work in a highly regulated market, manage a regulated company and liaise with Colombia regulators.

Experience:
Significant prior experience within the financial services industry and a 3-year track record

Working knowledge of financial planning tools and usage with specified markets

Knowledge of Forex and CFD Trading

Advanced networking, relationship development, and management skills

Experience in marketing is an advantage

Languages:
Spanish

English ability to communicate orally and in writing
