Our client, a leading organization in the Subsea and Land Systems industry, is seeking two experienced Senior Project Managers to join their dynamic team in either Oslo or Halden.

Location: Oslo/Halden, Norway
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large international turnkey EPIC projects
- Ensure project delivery within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Collaborate with project teams and cross-functional departments
- Oversee subcontracts and ensure compliance with contract requirements
- Provide timely project status reports to clients and stakeholders
- Support tender processes by providing input and participating in assessments
- Promote people management and team motivation
- Contribute to process improvements and organizational development initiatives
Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant working experience as a Project Manager in large international turnkey EPIC projects
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field or equivalent competence
- Demonstrated project management expertise and leadership abilities
- Strong commercial acumen and proficiency in managing project budgets
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with fluency in English
- Ability to thrive in a matrix organization, fostering effective communication and collaboration
- Adherence to HSE standards and commitment to maintaining high professional standards
