Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them with their purchases
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and providing product recommendations
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and maintaining product displays
- Keep the store clean and well-organised, including sweeping and dusting as necessary
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including counting cash drawers and securing the store at the end of the day
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
