• You analyze, define and document SW development processes according to ASPICE standard
• You manage Quality Management topics for software development projects according to ASPICE standard and internal Quality Management Handbook by planning of Quality Management activities and continuous monitoring of Quality Targets
• Your area of responsibility consists of verifying documentation maturity, reviewing, releasing work products and verifying delivery documentation
• You carry out and prepare ASPICE Gap Analysis internal assessments
• You offer support and trainings to project team members
• You participate proactively in the development of the Quality Management Handbook, as well as for the project successful delivery
• Collaborating with international project teams

• You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or an equivalent education
• You have an out-of-the-box thinking and a flexible approach towards new concepts
• You are eager to discover new tendencies in area of SW Quality Assurance
• Ideally, you have good automotive knowledge
• You have experience in analysis and definition of development processes
• You have basic experience in Software Development area
• Your experience in software quality management according to ASPICE is a plus
• You have a good working knowledge of MS Office
• Your experience with Atlassian Tools is considered a plus
• You speak German and English fluently
• You are flexible and willing to travel abroad/domestic, whenever it is required (and safe)
• You’re a team player with a service-oriented working style, and as a self-confident person, you always have an eye for the essentials
