Why is this role really critical to us?

Managing, designing and coordinating Social Media Support on all of the Social Media platforms, as well as managing moderation of Vodafone App comments on relevant platforms and monitoring the accounts of Senior Mngt


How will you spend your time at Vodafone?


  • Manage the Vodafone Turkeys Social Media Team which is managing the communication via known Social Media platforms, moderating the Vodafone Apps, and moderating the accounts of Senior Mngt
  • Monitor and follow the trends and metrics on Social Media platforms on a real time basis and the Apple Store/Google Play Store on a daily basis
  • Coordinate with the crisis management team for handling the crises , and re-design the responding immediately
  • Work closely and collaborate with the business teams to design the support process of brand new products and operations
  • Improve and implement processes for better SM support
  • Data driven approach to precisely address the development areas
  • Organise meetings with other Vodafone markets for knowledge sharing
  • Follow the trends on social media and reshape VF TR processes if necessary
  • Be creative and passionate for inventing the best practices and implementation

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:


  • University degree, preferably from reputable universities
  • Proven expertise on a similar role of Social Media management for at least 3 years
  • Strong background and knowledge on Social Media Platforms (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook LinkedIn etc.)
  • Be an active and advanced user of the Social Media platforms
  • Knowledge of management and moderation of Apple Store & Google Play Store
  • Advanced level of English both written and verbal
