Senior Manager, Client Project/Program Management [Thailand]


 

Position Overview



Provides leadership and oversight to the Client Project / Program Management group. Defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for client product and/or service delivery projects. Manages resources (i.e. capital requirements and human capital) to achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget. Manages delivery of multiple project initiatives to enhance services and level of customer support. Responsibilities include planning, direction, prioritization, change management and delivery of projects in a manner aligned with client expectations and business needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leads a team or teams responsible for a projects with varying scope and complexity.
  • Consults and advises non-technical project managers and customers on issue resolution strategies and change management.
  • Ensures effective controls are in place to monitor the full project lifecycle.
  • Develops and implements complex project plans, specifications and schedules.
  • Ensures that critical deliverables are met for the portfolio of projects or programs in the teams’ scope.
  • Monitors team performance and makes placement and reward decisions to drive / ensure successful team.
  • Inspires confidence and resilience when resolving key issues with a project, manager, clients or other stakeholders.
  • Ensures alignment between internal team activity and overall Program / Project Management operations strategy and objectives.
