Team: Transaction Banking Services
Summary:
Oversee and manage the daily operation of Transaction Banking Services Operations Department
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day to day operational activities of the team to ensure stable operation for delivering high level standard support on remittances, counter services, client account documentation.
- Support the submission of regulatory reporting and proper daily reconciliations and controls
- Allocate and coordinates resources and handle personnel related issues within the parameters of the bank’s policy.
- Coordinate with front office, middle office, other back office and operations departments to ensure smooth performance of the transaction banking function.
- Review and update procedure manuals of the department.
- Identify and drive changes to process improvement.
- Manage and drive projects related to the development and enhancement of systems relating to the department.
- Review and approve irregular remittance transactions.
- Verify, sign and release payments relating to the department.
- Handle investigation.
- Perform other functions as required and directed by the Department Head or other superiors.
