Our warehouse operation is growing fast, and until we are finished moving in to our new warehouse in Hedensted in the end of 2023, we would like to run our production in the weekends as well. From 10th of June we are starting up a new additional flexible schedule shift to support our operation. The conditions of these shifts follows §1A in our collective agreement with 3F.
The main tasks on this shift will be to pick and pack goods, that are later sold in over 500 Normal stores in Europe. We will also need a small number of employees for our transport, outbound and cleaning departments. To work in our transport department you need a valid reach truck license.
Our goal is to keep our processes as efficient as possible while keeping a high-quality standard. At the same time, we want to make sure, that we have a healthy work environment where all employees feel valued.

- You will work 37 hours divided on 4 days a week. Each day will be 9.25 hours excl. 30 minutes self-paid break.
- Your schedule will be planned minimum 4 weeks at the time, and you will know your schedule at least 14 days in advance.
- You will work 3 out of 4 weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- You will either work day shifts 07:00 – 16:45 o’clock or night shifts: Weekdays: 23:00-08:45 o’clock, Friday/Saturday: 22:00-07:45 o’clock and Saturday/Sunday: 23:00-08:45 o’clock.
Your daily tasks will be:
Your main task will be picking and packing orders and building pallets that fits required standards while using a runner.

Place of employment:
You will be working at our warehouse North of Horsens in Gedved. When we shut down the temporary flexible shift, you will be offered to move to either day, evening or night shifts during Monday to Friday.
