We are currently searching for a Store Development Projects – Merchandiser to join us at our new Silverdale store on a 4-6 week fixed term basis with the potential to extend! You will assist and support the implementation of new store fit-outs, store extensions and refurbishments, as well as merchandising and operational projects across the entire Mitre 10 Network. Our team is hardworking and operates cohesively, approaching their work with dedication and passion. We are seeking an individual who shares our values to join our team. Possessing a valid driver's license, preferably a full license, is essential. We are specifically looking for someone with a proven track record in a similar role, preferably in retail merchandising.
Given the physical nature of the job, it is important that applicants are physically fit and capable of engaging in physical work, as lifting and rearranging products will be part of the responsibilities. Above all, we require a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to be a team player – these qualities are absolutely essential!
In addition, you will have the opportunity to develop your supervisory skills. While previous experience in supervising staff is not required, an openness to training is necessary. It's a low-key process, but it presents another chance to enhance your skills.
